Thanks to Tazz we will just use his rules and they will apply to my house as well.
Alliance Crafting Hall Work Shop Rules
B.O.D. and Resources: Any guild member that would like to have access to this must have a crafting character in the guild. All Bulk Order Deeds and Resources in the guild coffers are available to all guild members. Please follow these rules:
1. Exchanges: If you take a bulk order deed you must replace it with one of either one resource up or down. For example, if you take a normal 20 Shadow deed. You must put in a normal 20 dull copper deed or any Bronze deed.
2. You may also use resources to collect a bulk order deed. You will be required to put in the same type or resource in the guild coffer of that deed you are acquiring requires.
10 normal deed = 100 of the resource needed to make the deed
15 normal deed = 150 of the resource needed to make the deed
20 normal deed = 200 of the resource needed to make the deed
10 exceptional deed = 200 of the resource needed to make the deed
15 exceptional deed = 300 of the resource needed to make the deed
20 exceptional deed = 400 of the resource needed to make the deed
3. Bulletin Board: Every time you do an exchange at the guild workshop you must also post on the bulletin board (located in the guild coffer room) what was taken and what was left in its place. This way it makes it easy to keep track of things. And also prevent people taking advantage of the guild coffer.
4. Other donations may be accepted as well. Just please use common sense and make sure that the item being donated is used for crafting. Example crafting gems, or peerless ingredients.
5. Resources are free to all guild members. Just remember I am relying on member donations to keep them full. I have started all the resources out with my own stock. I do not plan on farming resources myself to keep these stocked (I still want to have fun playing this game ) so if the resources are out they are out. I do not require or even suggest any guild members to farm resources for guild purposes.
6. Recipes are also free to guild members. Again this is just take a recipe add a recipe program and the same rules apply to that of the BODs.
7. PLEASE! Try and keep things organized. Do not just drop BODs or resources anywhere. There are designated chests and books for everything so please take the time to put everything in the proper place while exchanging. This will make my life WAY easier. All the chests and books are marked with what is inside, this should make it easier to find what you are looking for.
8. This program is all on the honor system. So please try and be thoughtful of others while exchanging. I keep an eye on things as much as possible, but I cannot dedicate all my time to this. If anyone sees anything wrong please bring it to my attention.
Thank you and Happy crafting everyone.
as for the vendors I have decided to charge 500 gp per week, these funds will not go to me, they will be put into a fund to be used for guild events and/or replace crafting stock if need be.
I will be here tonight and tommorow to friend people to the house, as the guild button on chests do not apply to alliance members.
If I do not get you added tonight give me a ICQ or MSN
hopefully if things go according to plan both crafing houses will have runes to each other,
To simplify the rules....Take only what you need, leave what you don't
also there is a Free Stuff box on porch that is the trash can of sorts :
