I found archery a slow skill to gain in, roaming the fields shooting mungbats/looting mungbats,a never ending chore. Until i quit being greedy and focused on pure archery, you'll spend alot on arrows, if you dont make them your self. But with a higher skill level you'll make that money back by killing richer monsters. It's this easy.....stand out side of a cemetary fence and fire away the monsters will flock to you like flys to....well you know.Just be carefull of the gates as some will open the doors to get at you and there are some magic-users among them. Also ues a fast bow or cross bow as speed racks up points faster(i think)LOL.

I worked my archery up in a room in Doom that had a gate. I had some nice monsters that would come right up stand there and let me shoot it, and after that it would give me lots of gold. If anyone needs help working archery let me know.

I could use some tips on archery and resist.
When I lasted played I could just go to the bone knight room and with in 3-4 days tops I would be gm and fire wall guildmates/deamons reapers etc gm'ed me in very little time these things don't happen anymore.
So any ideas that would help me gm resist or archery would be great. A few people said about buying clumsy, weaken, scrolls and a few others I can't remember atm but i tried like 80 of each and gained 0 on my swordsmen. Did I do something wrong or is there something else I should be doing?

About resist gains....if you're a mage and trying to gain resist, casting weaken, clumbsy, and a couple other type of stat loss spells will get you uo fast and quickly. As for training it on a non-mage...not sure there. The Magic Resist skill isn't what it use to be, now all it does now is decrease the amount & time of stat loss spells against you and the poison spell. It won't help you at all if you're flamestruck or e-bolted by a monster or person. Magic Resist is pretty much used for PvP now, since thats all its good for, for the most part.

So another words there is nothing I can do to resist some of the fire breath/ fire the dragons do?
Also to explain that, that's how I made my millions last time in game was barding all of the dragons abd ancient wyerms/shadow.
Would just a fire resist item be used? or 2-3 to bring it up to max? Would you recomend to drop resist on my chars that I do not intend on using for pvp?

Don't drop resist on other characters....how about looking into aquireing some soulstone fragments and just transfering the skill to it so you still have access to it in the future if the Dev's actually change Magic Resist back to the way it should be...there has been some talk about doing that.
Or just keep resist and build a suit of armor up with high Physical & Fire resist and you should be find in Destard camping dragons.
If you need, I can have my mule make you up a bunch of leather armor and you can mix & match pieces to suit what you're fighting, or I can sell you some high resist armor for all around average use for a decent price.
Choice is yours, let me know.
