Conception
This is a supplementary program borne from the F.I.T. Program and idea from Verin (tDw).
The idea is for guildies to do Ishenar Champ Spawns and have a raiding team (Enemy Guild - Orange) disrupt them.
Discussion
It can be difficult to set up the scenario above and players really need a lot of practice. Already some are forgeting F.I.T Program Basics and are "frozen in place" when facing pks.
We need the "spur of the moment" practise in Skara Brae but also to prevent misunderstandings and Green pking.
Hence, the idea is creation of an Enemy Guild that wars the Alliance. This enemy guild is helmed by a senior member that is mostly online. During normal times, it will be strength of a few, i.e. the GM and some permanent members.
During practice time, "raiders" will join this enemy guild and appear orange to TAA/tDw. After practice, most members will be removed from this enemy guild.
Why is this program called 'Porcupine' ?
When threatened by attackers, the porcupine can unleash its painful spines into a bigger and more powerful predator to deter and hurt it. So while our tamers are furry and lovable, they also possess this "deadly spine attack" which they must learn to use as reflex action.

Raiders' Responsibility : To attack and kill Alliance members at champion spawn sites. To build up PvP confidence and interest level of Alliance members to improve their equipment, skill and readiness.
Rules of Engagement
Each respective Guildmaster/mistress in the Alliance has to war / peace ENF individually. As such, it is their responsibility to inform their members about this program or direct them to this post IF they toggle "WAR".

Any Alliance guild that wars ENF will see them as Orange names / health bars and vice versa. Hence Orange = Legit target, Green = Not Legit.
In the initial phase, we will organise Ishenar Champ Spawns on most weekends and ENF will maybe raid and maybe not raid. A good time is after guild / alliance meetings.
Fighting / PvPing / Pking with oranges is only done at Champ Spawn sites in Ishenar and Felucca. All other areas is OFF LIMITS unless both parties consent to duels / sparring.
Res Killing
Res Killing is a fact of group fighting in Felucca and hence allowed. This will stress to Alliance members the importance of having "Knight of Compassion" virtue for 80% health upon ressing fellow fallen mates , invising them and also securing a res point.
ENF members use discretion with this rule as in the initial phase, better to let fallen folks res so you have more targets and not wipe out till no one left to kill.
Looting
Full Looting at Champion Spawn sites is encouraged as the concept of not insuring armor for champ spawns must be stopped. Pkers take everything and also certain monsters (ratman, lizardman) loots you if you die. Reagent / Bandage Users will also learn how to restock themselves using insured bandage totems / arcane boots.
However, if you loot equipment that is tagged insured from a body, that means the "insurance bug" had happened and please return to owner.
Sponsorship
Alliance members that are financially limited should approach their respective Guild Treasurers for "insurance sponsorship". FYI, one death at most tops 6000 gp for insurance. Current ebay rates is USD3 for 1million gold pieces. Thats enough for 166 deaths. I think it's cheaper and more value than using USD3 at the game arcades at a video game. Non working students / teenagers can earn gold pieces easier because they have a lot of time to play UO.
Things to Do
(1) ENF has to leave the alliance as being green means you can kill or be killed by Alliance guilds without Warring. We don't want to confuse members between green and orange. DONE !
(2) Individual GMs start Warring ENF and spreading the word among members.
P.S. Please organise these champ spawns yourselves, I will be playing UO in blocks of 1 to 2 hours and cannot organise them for the next few weeks as I am busy in real life. There are more than enough capable members in the Alliance to start these off
